Job summary
Amundi, a leading European asset manager, is looking to hire a trainee to support its Human Resources team in its Barcelona subsidiary, Sabadell Asset Management.
As a Project Assistant, you will collaborate with the Head of HR and the HR Team and key stakeholders, with a focus on facilitating key projects development:
- Liaise and support on various workstreams
- Coordinate meetings and communications
- Create and update reports, project documentation and presentations with support and direction from the HR team
- Conduct research and data analysis as required
You will also be responsible for:
- Take the lead on some HR process review with a focus on optimization and implementation of RPA
- Support in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits, Management Committee, International HR Committee, …
- Prepare reports and dashboards compiling key data from various sources
- Support the HR team in other daily activities
