Within the ETF, Indexing &amp; Smart Beta business line, the Capital Markets team is responsible for monitoring and improving the liquidity of the range of Amundi ETFs, and driving the trading ecosystem to provide an efficient execution for our investors.
The Distribution Coverage &amp; Liquidity Expertise (DCLE) team is specifically in charge of supporting the trading landscape of Amundi ETFs, providing guidance and education to investors to help them efficiently trade our ETFs. The team also works closely with market participants to help them better service investors and enhance the ETF trading ecosystem.
As an Interim Capital Markets Specialist within the DCLE team, the role holder will support day-to-day activities across ETF trading, market intelligence, communication and content production.
The position is intended for a more junior profile with solid ETF knowledge and an interest in trading and market infrastructure. The role holder will also contribute to content creation on current trading and ETF-related topics, the preparation of market updates and newsletters, and the ongoing development of tools and workflows in collaboration with the Digital team.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The role of the Senior RFP Writer is to respond Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence requests, and ad hoc requests within the sales process.  This is done by collating information from across the firm and the RFP database (Responsive) and accurately depicting the relevant investment process and firm information for Amundi.
As a member of the Global RFP Team, the role will be a key point of access to the local investment team in London as well as for other strategies and products managed in Europe.

Principal Accountabilities:
· Respond to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs from prospective and current clients across the global distribution platform in a timely manner and in compliance with Amundi standards to meet deadlines.
· Work closely with global sales teams, investments and other internal teams to compile compelling documents that will advance the sales process to the next stage.
· Utilise data systems and RFP platform to create strong, accurate drafts.
· Ensure that documents are of high quality and readability and that they adhere to RFP specifications.
· Manage the whole RFP process from start to finish including follow up questions from clients and sales teams.
· Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy of grammar, spelling, and punctuation and format text, pictures, graphics, etc.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams throughout the organisation.
· Coordinate RFP responses to accurately and favourably present the organisation’s investment products and services.
· Acquire deep understanding of investment products and all applicable content and data resources.

Position Context

Responsibilities

Position Context

Responsibilities

Client On-boarding and Servicing
- Conduct KYC in a timely manner, collecting required information from Sales or directly from clients, and maintain KYC records and documents in the system
- Onboard new funds, coordinate fund changes and closings, and support related internal/external stakeholders throughout the process
- Manage new Distributor contracts, including fee negotiations and ongoing contract administration
- Prepare internal approval materials for new discretionary investment advisory accounts and support review of legal agreements, investment guidelines, and IMAs/SLAs
- Maintain and update fund data in the portfolio management system
Client Query Management
- Serve as the main contact point for client inquiries received through various channels
- Handle issues and complaints in coordination with Sales and in line with agreed procedures
- Act as the main Relationship Manager for a major trust bank distributing our multi-asset strategy product to pension funds
Fund Handling and Client Communication
- Manage tasks related to contract changes, fund document updates, and regulatory changes
- Share fund-related information and impacts with Sales teams to support timely and accurate client communication
- Maintain clients’ fund data and communicate relevant contractual, regulatory, and strategic updates to clients
Liaison with Other Regions
Coordinate on various IBD-related matters with other regions, including Paris, Milan, Dublin, and the UK, on behalf of Japan
Reporting
- Communicate client reporting requirements to relevant teams, manage timelines, and deliver reports to clients
- Ensure timely delivery of legal documents, fund information, and fund reports in collaboration with Reporting and Sales teams
Others
- Circulate internal notifications for existing account activities
- Monitor client satisfaction and work with stakeholders to improve service quality
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues, implement preventive measures, and prepare client explanations when needed

This role is  providing administrative support to various teams and Heads of Department within Amundi (UK) Limited. This will include:
Acting as a first point of contact and thereafter sharing workload responsibilities with other members of the Administration team. 
Support for Heads of Department / Management team

Organising business trips for the relevant departments including booking flights, hotels, taxis and scheduling itineraries, and using initiative to resolve sudden changes to itineraries/schedules.

 Calculating and processing expense claims from business trips.

Controlling and submitting of expenses claims for approval.

Maintaining diaries including arranging appointments.

Protecting and ensuring the confidentiality of all information.

 Act as ‘gatekeeper’ for diary and pro-actively ensure diaries do not have clashes, use initiative to find resolutions and workarounds, highlight conflicting appointments.

Preparing general correspondence, including confidential documents, and drafting responses to correspondence.

 Organising incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, special delivery requirements.

 Support for the other members of the team as and when needed.

Handling overseas visitors agendas.

Committees – scheduling numerous senior level meetings and preparing documents.

 Screening telephone calls, taking and conveying messages where appropriate.

 Providing admin/facilities support as and when needed.

 Frequent liaison with Paris office to assist with meetings and visitors etc.

  Printing and collating all documentation as required.
